You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

Form Fit, Perfect Fit 3D Custom, Liquid Fit, Primaloft, Grip Walk, Walk Sole and Head Canting System. The NEXO LYT 110 ski boots have all that it takes to give you comfort and performance while skiing. HEAD's Liquid Fit is the most precise and fastest customization.

The material density ensures the perfect copy of the foot shape. Hence, you have more flexibility, comfort and performance due to increased heel retention. For easy handling, you can rely on 4 micro-adjustable alloy buckles, low profile buckles and 1 supermacro ratchet.

GRIP WALK
Increased walking comfort and improved natural roll thanks to a curved rubber sole.

PRIMALOFT
PrimaLoft is a very lightweight, breathable material that provides effective thermal insulation.

PERFECT FIT 3D
Perfect fit is the revolutionary system that ensures comfortable, performance-oriented customization in HEAD’s superb ski boots. The 3D pre-shaped construction has been developed to provide maximum comfort and optimal adaptation to the foot shape.

FORM FIT
The FormFit plastics formulas hold stretches better than ever before for perfect comfort with improved balance and control.

LIQUID FIT
The LIQUID FIT material provides the most precise and quickest customization. The material’s density ensures the perfect mold in the most critical area of the boot, the ankle and heel pocket.
It gives you the performance and precision of a foam liner, but as a liquid material, it is takes only 10 easy minutes to customize. PLEASE NOTE: A Liquid Fit ready boot must be customized at your local authorized dealer.
