You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

New for the 2021 model is a new custom mouldable Mimic liner for the ultimate in heat moulding for comfort and reassuring foot hold.

What is Mimic?
Mimic is the ability of the heel/ankle, tongue, and calf areas of the liner to fully shape to the ankle & leg when heated
and harden in that shape when the material cools down. These areas use uniquely special materials to achieve this
ability to shape & retain their shape.

Why is this interesting?
Normal “3D“ liners only mold to the ankle/leg due to the heat moldable EVA foams used in their construction the actual 3D shape does not change. Having a liner that fully molds around the ankle/leg has been traditionally found in foam injection liners (liners where foam is pumped into the liner).
All ski boots purchased online may have been tried on once or multiple times in our store and therefore may occasionally have minor cosmetic marks.
Any older season models with reductions may have more markings.
No ski boots sold online have been used.
