14 Day No Quibble Returns.

Christmas present returns to us by 10th January.

You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The Mammal Oribi OC is not only a good looking snowboot but extremely comfortable and very practical too. Simply flip over the grip system on the sole to reveal small prongs to give you extra grip when needed. Ideal for snow, ice and steep terrain, and when you go back indoors, flip back the OC grips and the metal prongs are safely hidden in the sole.
Great as an everyday boot too, the Nubuck suede is breathable, water and snow resistant with Raintex protection.
Faux fur trim and fleece lining. Water resistant upper.
Waterproof rubber sole contoured for grip.
OC grip system for enhanced grip in snow and ice.
THE INNOVATIVE OC ICE GRIP SYSTEM
​For the ultimate winter boot the checklist doesn’t stop with warmth, water resistance and style - safety tops the list every time at Mammal. We all love the white stuff, but where there is snow there is slippery ground, which is why Mammal Boots have adopted the innovative OC System which provides increased grip, enabling you to walk safely on icy surfaces.
The retractable ice grip is integrated into the soles of your boots and features stainless steel studs set within a framework of flexible polyurethane that remains durable even at extreme temperatures.
The system is hassle-free, a handy key is provided that enables the wearer to easily and quickly flip the ice grips in or out. The OC System is incorporated into many Mammal styles helps set this range of winter boots apart.
Those styles that have been designed without the OC System have been constructed with a contoured sole which offers excellent grip and stability. Whichever style you opt for, a pair of Mammal boots will ensure you comfort, warmth, safety and style.

    Thrilled with my Mammals! So comfy and well made. Have not had the opportunity to try them in bad conditions yet. Have shown them to a couple of friends who are,also ordering a pair.

    Love these boots im a size 7 they were perfect fit with just a little bit of room. Grips look like they would do a good job on an icy slope.

    I have bought so many different types of boots over the years for walking my dog in the freezing temps but these are the best and the only boots that stop me slipping on the icy pavements. Havent had deep snow yet to try the pin grips. I do have total confidence in these boots while walking at speed on the muddy, snowy, icy & hilly terrain. They are strong and durable too. My best buy this year.. so far!

    Bought size 4 in black and I love them. Sturdy, good quality boots and very comfortable. Ideal for my skinny boney feet. Havent been able to try the pin grips yet but walking on the icey pavement

    Great service! Boots delivered within 4 days well packaged. So comfortable and stylish and the soles and traction reassuringly going to keep me safe from slips and falls in icy weather. After two nasty slips and falls last winter I will feel much more confident walking out. The inside of the boots are so comfy and warm and do not feel heavy at all. These will be my preferred walking boots for this winter.

    I havent worn the boots outside or in snow yet, but they are comfortable and look exactly as pictured. The suede-like fabric doesnt look terribly waterproof (therefore not 5 stars), but the soles look like they will grip very well, in particular there is a mechanism that you can turn to allow small spikes to protrude and add extra grip. Comfortable and fit my skinny legs, though they would accommodate wider legs than my own!

    This is a lovely comfortable boot. Being able to pull out the grips on the sole to give extra grip is reassuring, especially if the weather turns for the worse while you are out. I have osteoporosis and I am terrified of falling, as I once did through wearing wellies in snow, and breaking the two big bones in my wrist. Really smart looking too.
