You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

Therm-ic Powerpack Max features 2 x Ni-MH battery packs which supply heat for up to 14 hours.
The heat can be adjusted individually at three levels. One Max charger is included. Thanks to the patented impulse control system, Therm-ic boot heating systems not only create comfortable but also healthy warmth, because they naturally stimulate the blood circulation at the same time. Max Powerpacks are compatible with any heatable Therm-ic insoles and Therm-ic pre-wired systems, such as Atomic, Salomon.

    Normally yes, but that model has been discontinued by Therm-ic and has all the other Power pack ranges. There is now a complete new range of heat kits, with lighter and better batteries
