14 Day No Quibble Returns.

You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The new SALOMON X Max 100 Custom Shell Ski Boots have the new extended 360° Custom Shell technology which expands and moulds 360° around your feet for a perfect individual fit.
 
Salomon 360° Custom Shell Technology. For an exact fit the shell is heated up in a special oven in our store for 10 minutes, and after you step in the boots and allow the shell to mould and form to the contours of your feet for an exact personal fit, in less than 20 minutes.
 
Includes custom heat moulding of the liner too. The Custom Shell has a special material called Kaprolene that adapts to your feet, once cooled it retains your precise foot shape. Can be re-moulded as needed.
 
The SALOMON X Max 100 Custom Shell Ski Boot is a High performance race boot incorporating Twinframe technology to combine superior transmision and power with unmatched foot wrapping for maximum on-piste performance.
 
Totally new race boot incorporating TWINFRAME technology, a combination of rigid material along the sole and up through the oversized pivot designed to improve transmission and control, with 360 Custom Shell over the entire instep and forefoot to improve snow feel and fit. X-Max has a completely solid sole, maximizing on-piste precision.
 
Oversized pivot reduces play between the lower and upper shells, further improving transmission efficiency. My Custom Fit Lab liner is Salomons highest performance liner, with personalized fit and material placed for optimum transmission.
