14 Day No Quibble Returns.

Christmas present returns to us by 10th January.

You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

Furthermore, the soft inside of the trousers feels wonderfully warm on the skin. Paloma is a must-have for any design fan!
 
The Goldbergh Standard & Schoeller
Just like all GB01 softshell ski trousers, the Paloma ski trousers are made from very comfortable stretch material: the exclusive WB400 fabric from the Swiss manufacturer Schoeller. The best choice of material! The fabric offers maximum stretch, comfort and protection against all types of weather. The ideal mix of high-tech fibres with Lycra for optimal freedom of movement. The membrane of the acrylate coating is snow, rain and windproof. 
 
Other details
The ski trousers have a black elastic belt with a very subtle Goldbergh logo. The women's ski trousers have a snow catcher at the bottom of the legs, a handy zip fastener and a protective rubber coating.
