14 Day No Quibble Returns.

You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

Luxury Kaja ski jacket. This jacket has a tailored fit and is made from functional softshell material. The contrasting side panels accentuate the waist. A leather look band runs down the sleeves of the jacket. On the inside of the jacket, there is a closable pocket and detachable snow gaiters. The hood has a fake fur collar attached with press studs. On the back of the hood is a black star.

Material & washing instructions
74% polyamide / 26% elastane / 90% down / 10% feathers
Washing instructions: wash at 30 degrees, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.
Remove faux fur collar before washing.
Wash with similar colors.
